Chillin' Lakefront
That is, I'm chillin' with my Lakefront IBA.
Hubbly Bubbly picked up this beer at our neighborhood beer mart, Windmill Farms.
As much as I love local San Diego beers, I enjoy trying beers from outside our craft brew mecca.
Lakefront Brewing is located in Milwaukee, WI.
Yes MillerCoors (do you smell something?) is located there as well as lovely Leinenkugels.
But come on!
Try something new people!!
Anywho...
We all know the story of IPA... India Pale Ale. If not, google it.
Here's Lakefront's story on their IBA.
This beer is really light for being an India (6.5%), probably because it's from outside San Diego (we think the hoppier the hoppier, if you catch mydraft drift. )
Very dark, smooth and light tasting. Drinkable. Light hop flavor.
I would drink again, but wouldn't go out of my way (i.e. travel to WI) to find.

long day? unwind...

So I can bathe.
IN BEER!
Soaking in beer suds can be good for your health – and it’s a popular activity in Europe.
Not only is it full of B Vitamins, but the yeast can make your skin and hair beertiful!
Supposedly it's not too sticky either.
Most of these spas have a spout for you to enjoy the beer whilst you soak [in the bath].
Now.
